It's safe to say that this is the year of “threes” for Janna Meyen. After having not one, not two, but three knee surgeries in one year, no one knew what to expect from her at the 
Winter 2005 X Games held in Aspen, Colo., over the weekend. With a strong circle of support and a rigorous training program, she has been working hard to get back into optimal shape in order to continue her reign as the top rider in women’s snowboarding. Janna proved she’s back on top by taking home her third consecutive X Games Slopestyle gold medal!
Details of her winning run include a 50-50 flat down, frontside 180, Cab off the hip, backside 540, Cab 540 and, to finish it off, a frontside 540.
